My Story

I've been where you are.

I struggled with eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and the trap of excessive exercise. I know what it feels like to be exhausted by the noise around food and fitness.

Studying nutrition changed everything, not just for me in the gym, but in everyday life. I learned how to eat in a way that actually works, feels good, and gets results without giving up the things I love.
